Pop-up Planetarium at Ross Library

Come for an out-of-this-world experience in the library this summer in an inflatable Planetarium!

  • Join a yellow star on his adventure to find planets of his own and discover what makes other stars and our Solar System special.
    10.30am – 11am, suitable for under 8s and families
  • How big is our Universe? Narrated by David Attenborough, this show tackles this big question on an immersive journey to the far reaches of the observable Universe.
    11.15am – 11.45am, suitable for ages 11+
  • Come on a virtual tour of the ISS with British astronaut Tim Peake, along with an introduction to finding your way around the night sky for budding astronomers.
    11.50am – 12.25pm suitable for all ages

Tickets are limited and advanced booking is recommended. Tickets available in advance from Ross-on-Wye Library, priced adults £2 and children £1.50.
