Liz Knight of Forage Fine Foods will be giving a seasonal talk and demonstration about ‘Foraging & making alcoholic/non-alcoholic concoctions’. These unusual combinations and flavours should give some good ideas for Christmas and, of course, mince pies are also likely to be at hand.
Visitors are very welcome: £5, incl. refreshments. Also usually some plants for sale.
Doors open at 2pm, talk starts at 2.30pm and the meeting finishes around 4.15pm.
