Creates Gallery Autumn exhibition is in full swing

15 Church Street, Monmouth NP25 3BX

With the arrival of Autumn in Monmouth, Creates Gallery’s Autumn Exhibition is now well underway, showing inspiring works by more than 20 local and international artists and makers. This exciting exhibition – the largest number of works ever shown at the gallery – features a wide range of  Fine Art, Sculpture, Glass, Ceramics and Jewellery to suit all tastes and budgets.

The gallery’s featured artist is Steven Outram RBA, who despite being local, has never shown in Monmouth during his 40+ year career. Steven, from Lydbrook, has exhibited his works in galleries across the world and now joins Creates Gallery, with his new works, depicting local scenes in a mysterious misty light.

Landscapes, abstracts and still life in various styles are well represented in this exhibition. Visitors to the gallery in Church Street will find favourites such as Paul Burgess with his fascinating landscapes, but also his highly figurative portraits.  Equally popular, is Warren Day’s mixed media paintings, which depict  Forest of Dean landscapes that continue to intrigue visitors.

The Autumn Exhibition is a must-see while visiting  Monmouth, and is only on show until the 11th November 2018. So be sure to come and visit.

You can see a full list of the gallery’s opening times on the website www.createsgallery.com and details of the artists showing in the current exhibition, and you can pick up a copy of the latest issue of Creates Magazine from October 1st.
